All but one accepted them both.

Deviation Deletion Problem. (Pr0n content)

I was sent a message by 
which I agree with thoroughly. I am reposting this message along with some of my own opions on the matter. Mostly for the benefit of 
Who's art I enjoy very much but is being deleted for rediculous reasons.
"Recently, deletions of artworks have become frequent and increasingly absurd. The atmosphere here is getting paranoid, it seems they are making a "witch hunt". It only remains now they burn alive the artists at the stake, as in the times of the Inquisition.
Where is democracy? Where is the freedom of artistic expression?
If things continue to deteriorate, hence there will be only slightly to artists who have been victims of censorship leave the site and display their art elsewhere in the network. Maybe a foreign site, with more liberal rules. Probably an Asian site, where the culture is more tolerant of sex and nudity.
You can also send by e-mail, your artwork for those who want to see them (especially for those who pay for you to draw).
I just hope the situation will not worsen and that the adverse effects among users to bring those responsible for the site to review their concepts and find a negotiated settlement among affected parts."
Now- my translation:
Deviantart is becoming more and more anal. The lines of what is and is not acceptable is terribly blurred and opionated. Because of this, succussful deviantartists with "haters" have their pieces flagged without proper justification and they get deleted. (Mostly flagged/deleted as per pornographic) In other words- DA Mods have a stick up their asses.
I disagree completely with the rules against:
Pornographic literature.
18+ rule in pornographic drawings. (as for the characters drawn- not viewing)
The rules being equivilant between pornographic PHOTOGRAPHY and DRAWINGS.
and (and this is just random and I won't go into depth in it- but I find it very stupid xD)
The rule against erect penises....
On pornographic literature:
I find this similar to the equvilancy between drawings and photography- only more rediculous. You must follow the rules stated in rules against pornographic photography. Sooooo~ lets say you were a popular artist- or in this case writer- and you had some jealous, flaming haters. If you wrote a story and for the LOLS you wither had a joke between friends in the story about how the character can't get laid and must masterbate frequently (which I find LOLworthy) or the mention of the word 'vibrator' or a paragraph about how 2 characters had sex *even if it isn't detailed. Ie. a simple sentence like "AND THEN THEY DID IT."* your hates would flag this- and I could almost guarantee it would be deleted- even with a mature content on it. I will be posting this into a literature format to spread it around more and I will cry in irony when this gets deleted. But, eh.
On the 18+ rule in pornographic drawings:
As in- Loli.
THIS IS SO STUPID *SPAZSPAZSPAZ* Nowhere is loli illegal- I personally find it disturbing if the character is CLEARLY like 5. Thats wrong. Now, if the character could pull of 18- let it be? Especially with the differ of art styles. *even though this is stated in the FAQ which I appreciate.* As far as fan art- lets say like naruto or something. If you were to draw a picture of Kiba (Who is apparently only 16) standing next to a character with their boobehs showing- your deviation would be deleted for child pornography. This is so idiotic- It is a drawing and SHOCKINGLY if you got caught with it on your computer by the police in real life you would not be charged with possesion of child porn. NO WAY, REALLY? Yes, Timmy. Really. Even if the person were obviously like 8- you still wouldn't **I think. Not 100%**
HOWEVER- I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT IN PHOTOGRAPHY OF REAL PPLZ I PERSONALLY BELIEVE THE PERSON MUST BE AT LEAST 18. NOT EVEN 17. THAT IS ILLEGAL. But, in art they either look like a child or a teen/adult. Teen/adult looking should be acceptable.

I covered a lot of this above. But, to add on, I think the rules should be much more lenient for drawings. Ie. for the rule that is they're having teh secks and you either crop it our or blur/black out the penis going into the vagina (lol) it will still be deleted on either medium. I feel that it should be let alone for both of them but much rather AT LEAST drawings. Seriously. Same goes for 'sexual bodily fluids'. As per sex toys- I think this rule is rediculous in itself. If the toy is being USED that's one thing. If a person/a character is holding it- get over it.
On erect penises:
If you can see my vagina and boobehs. I should be able to see yo erect penis.
Nuff said der.

I find the rules both not clear enough and some rules that should be removed competely. So, DA Mods need to get the stick out of their asses.

I've finally reached a skill level that I find commision-worthy c: So now my art trade and requests status are closed.
BUT~
I'm doing 5 more FULL commisions for free. So pretty much 5 more requests.
And by FULL I mean I spend about 12-28 hours overall on a piece D': So, I try really hard.
Please fill the spots and try to 'advertise' my work
I'm in need of money at the current time. So, a quick spot on your journal or something with some links to my newer pieces is super highly appreciated 
And payment can be made via points or money order. (I don't have a paypal yet sorry.) Money order prefered seeing as points can only help me on DA. So, prices on points will be rather high.
I'll start money order commisions as soon as the money is recieved and post it as soon as it is finished. I'm also very good about alerting people how far I am with my progress
